Olea, the Latin word for Olive, is the theme of this cozy new spot . . . reminiscent of a bistro that one would discover while exploring the Adriatic Coast. The restaurant features Mediterranean inspired cuisines, French, Spanish, Greek, Italian, Tapas and a Stellar Wine Bar.

Pascal Cayet and Chef Jean Marie Cadot have worked together to craft an extraordinary and exciting menu. Drop in to Olea's to enjoy some Tapas and Sangria, or stay a little longer and enjoy one of the many wonderful meals offered for both Lunch and Dinner.

Greek Wine Dinner at Olea - Tuesday, 22 July 2008

Olea continues hosting Wine Dinners from the Mediterranean. This month on Tuesda6y, 22 July we will feature a Greek theme with wines and food from Greece. You will discover how delightful these wines from Greece can be and how well they marry with the exotic cuisine of Greece. The price for the Dinner is $65.00 per person all-inclusive. Music at Olea on Tuesdays and Wednesdays plus Half-Price Sangria!

Olea will feature live music on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings during the month of June. Our friend, Giancarlo Angioni will delight you with his guitar virtuosity. He will play a mixture of Classical and Bistro music. Giancarlo was classically trained in Belgium and has performed in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Mexico and the United States to great acclaim. Come join us at Olea on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for a romantic musical interlude. Giancarlo's guitar will add to the relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere at Olea. Chef Joshua has a lot of special surprises for July so come visit us to sample the best Mediterranean food offered in the Metroplex.

Our Terrace at Olea

One of the most fun aspects of dining at a Mediterranean restaurant is dining al fresco, or open air dining. At Olea we suggest you try dining on our terrace. While we can't provide the Mediterranean Sea, we can provide you with all the best food and ambience from the region. Right now the weather is perfect so we look forward to serving on our terrace.

Congratulations to Spain! European Champions 2008

Congratulations to Spain for beating Germany 1 - 0 in the 2008 European Soccer Championship. It was a great and hard fought battle and both sides acquitted themselves well but in the end Spain was able to put a ball in the net for victory. We hear the secret to Spain's success was that the players trained on a diet of Paella. So the next time you want to feel like a champion come to Olea and enjoy the Paella. It will certainly invigorate you and lead you to victory!
